- Food Service: 90% in accordance with PWS Paragraph 4.4
- Timeliness and Employee Courtesy: 95% served on time with satisfied customers
Special requirements for personnel include wearing steel toe safety shoes (cooks/dishwashers), completing AT Level I awareness training, and holding ServSafe certifications. A contract manager with at least two years of experience managing a large dining facility is required. Contractor personnel must obtain personal identification and vehicle passes for the Savannah CRTC.
