Scope of Work

- Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, based on a Lowest Evaluated Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Technical acceptability is determined by an adequate approach to the PWS elements. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 60 calendar days.
Special Requirements & Notes
- Contractors must coordinate with the Communications-Computer Systems Officer (CSO) for installations and changes, and comply with FCC, PUC, DOD, and AF standards.
- Defined response times for service outages (e.g., Catastrophic: 2 hours) and service order completion (e.g., Emergency: 3 days).
- An OPSEC Plan (Attachment 9) mandates baseline security protocols, protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), encrypted transmission of Critical Information (CI), and OPSEC awareness training for all personnel.
- Bidders must review Attachment 5 (Provisions and Clauses) and Attachment 7 (Wage Determination) for applicable legal and labor requirements.
- Companies must be registered in SAM.gov to be considered for award.
- Funds are not presently available; no award will be made until funds are available.
