Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for contractor support to the Naval Special Warfare Command's (NAVSPECWARCOM) Special Boat Training Command (SBTC). The contractor shall provide between 43 and 49 personnel to support SBTC. Key areas of support include:

• High-risk training instructors must meet specific screening, qualification, and certification requirements (CPR, First Aid, AED).

• The contractor must implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and adhere to safety regulations, including drug-free workforce policies and risk assessment procedures.

• Period of Performance: September 19, 2026 – March 18, 2032.

• Place of Performance: Primarily Stennis Space Center, MS, with potential travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
