This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Scanning Electron Microscope (SECM) System. • The offeror must provide a SECM system with three scanning modes, potentially by switching scanning heads for probes. Details on how these modes are accomplished must be provided.

• The offeror must meet all technical deliverables outlined in the statement of work and provide a list of specifications met.

• The offeror must be able to operate and comply with the safety and security requirements of a Department of Energy National Laboratory environment.

• The system must be compliant with FAR Part 25, Buy American Act. Country of manufacture must be provided if foreign end products are proposed.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price

• Payment Terms: Net 10 (Small Business) or Net 30 (Large Business)

• Brookhaven is a tax-exempt entity.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to the Buyer/Contracts Specialist listed on page 1, including the signed Quotation Pricing Sheet (Enclosure C).

• Questions are due by 21 May 2026.

• Quotes are due by 31 May 2026 at 5:00pm EST.

• Award will be made to the responsive and responsible Offeror submitting the lowest total price who meets all technical requirements.

• Offerors taking exceptions to BSA terms & conditions or failing to provide all requirements may be deemed non-responsive.

• Parts or model numbers listed are for reference; alternate products must have equivalent or greater performance parameters.

• Offerors must provide sufficient documentation for alternate products to permit thorough evaluation of equivalency.
