Evaluation & Submission

Quotes must be emailed as separate Word or PDF files to the Point of Contact (POC) and should include:

- Completed FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications (if not current in SAM.gov).
- Signed copies of all solicitation amendments.
Additional Notes
No advance payments will be provided. Payment will be made up to 30 days after delivery, proper WAWF invoice submission, and unit acceptance. Offerors must monitor SAM.gov daily for amendments and acknowledge all amendments with their quote.
