Title: Notice of IntentDescription:Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to SCATR, 600 Superior Ave E. Suite 2100, Cleveland, OH 44114. The Government has a requirement for the specific product STUN Edge Node License, PN: SCT-LP SASE-CP-CLIENT and the associated technical support and software maintenance (Qty 1). These products are required to provide an ability for the Counter Intelligence/Human Intelligence Equipment (CIHEP) Family of systems and is required for evaluation to increase capabilities of existing currently fielded systems and must be procured from the specific manufacturer. The applicable NAICS code is 541519, PSC 7A21. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than five (5) days after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this announcement may be submitted to austin.j.rentzel.civ@us.navy.mil. This notice is also posted on the PIEE Solicitation website at https://piee.eb.mil/.
