Set-Aside & Eligibility
The Government is specifically seeking responses from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). To qualify, firms must be at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by federally recognized American Indians or Alaska Natives, and meet small business requirements under the applicable NAICS code and HHSAR Subpart 326.6.
