This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items, issued as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) acquisition. The 5th Civil Engineering Squadron requires the purchase of SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) air compressor equipment.

• The system must be self-contained with dimensions not exceeding 105" W X 35" D X 80" H.

• Upon installation, the contractor will dispose of the old system, install and test the new equipment, and provide on-site operation training.

• Detailed specifications are provided in Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics.

• Delivery/Acceptance/FOB Point: F.O.B. Destination, Minot AFB, ND 58705.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ.

• Funds are not presently available; no award will be made until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel.

• Solicitation Issue Date: June 8, 2026, no later than 1:00 PM CST.

• Response Deadline: July 9, 2026, no later than 1:00 PM CST.

• Questions Deadline: July 6, 2026, no later than 1:00 PM CST.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to the Points of Contact (POCs) and Contracting Officer.

• Quotes must be valid through October 1, 2026.

• Evaluation Factors: Best Value determination based on Technical Capability (pass/fail), Price, and Past Performance. Past performance is approximately equal in importance to price.

• Technical Capability requires meeting all specifications in Attachment 1 and submitting product literature and clear photographs for each unique item.

• Price must be submitted on Attachment 2 - Price Schedule.

• The Government intends to make an award based on initial quotations.

• This acquisition is set aside for 100% Small Business Concerns.
