This requirement covers preventive maintenance and on-site repair services for specific APC/Schneider Electric equipment, including:

- InRow RD 500mm Air Cooled 200-240V 50-60Hz with Humidifier
- Symmetra-LX SYA8K16PXR Services must be performed by qualified Schneider Electric Critical Power and Cooling Services certified personnel using OEM parts. Key services include:
- Annual Preventive Maintenance: One scheduled visit per year for UPS/PDU, covering environmental, mechanical/electrical inspection, functional verification, and firmware updates.
- On-Site Remedial Visits: Next business day arrival for diagnosis, repair, and testing of UPS/PDU systems.
