  • Seapower 21 / Seatrials Concept Experimentation Software Technologies
  • Integrated Live, Virtual and Constructive Modeling and Simulation
  • Submarine and Surface Ship Sonar
  • Unmanned Offboard Vehicles (UxVs)
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML)
  • Materials
  • Cybersecurity
  • Communications and Precision Navigation and Timing (PNT) Specific deliverables and schedules will be negotiated with successful offerors. All work awarded under this BAA will be unclassified.

Submission & Evaluation

  • Direct Full Proposal Submission: Full proposals can also be submitted at any time, regardless of prior white paper/brief evaluation.
  • Full Proposal Evaluation: Successful and unsuccessful offerors will be notified within approximately thirty (30) days of evaluation.
  • Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
