NUWCDIVNPT is seeking proposals across twenty-seven (27) Undersea Technology Subject Areas. These include, but are not limited to:
- Seapower 21 / Seatrials Concept Experimentation Software Technologies
- Integrated Live, Virtual and Constructive Modeling and Simulation
- Submarine and Surface Ship Sonar
- Unmanned Offboard Vehicles (UxVs)
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML)
- Materials
- Cybersecurity
- Communications and Precision Navigation and Timing (PNT) Specific deliverables and schedules will be negotiated with successful offerors. All work awarded under this BAA will be unclassified.

Submission & Evaluation

- Full Proposal Invitation: Offerors receiving a "Promising" rating on their white paper/brief will be invited to submit full technical and cost proposals.
- Direct Full Proposal Submission: Full proposals can also be submitted at any time, regardless of prior white paper/brief evaluation.
- Full Proposal Evaluation: Successful and unsuccessful offerors will be notified within approximately thirty (30) days of evaluation.
- Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.

- NUWCDIVNPT will not provide funding for direct reimbursement of proposal development costs.
