This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12 and 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached to this announcement. The solicitation number is HT942524R0072. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 are incorporated.
