Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To secure specialized services ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the USDA SCINet program, enhancing scientific research and computing capabilities by providing technical expertise, managing critical infrastructure, and expanding high-performance network connectivity nationwide.

Comprehensive support for the management and operation of the USDA SCINet program, including technical labor, network engineering, and collaboration with associated institutions. This encompasses networking infrastructure and services for high-performance computing (HPC) clusters, large-scale data storage systems, and associated maintenance and renewal services.

• Technical Labor Support: Requires a Strategic Initiatives Manager and a Senior Network Engineer.

• Strategic Initiatives Manager Tasks: Documentation management, change management, inventory tracking, project oversight, risk management, and communication facilitation.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (Request for Quotation - RFQ) for comprehensive support for the management and operation of the USDA Scientific Computing Initiative Network (SCINet) program.
