THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO ESTABLISH CONSTRUCTION INDEFINITE DELIVERY-INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACTS (MATOC) FOR MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE NATIONAL GUARD THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE MATOC IS TO SUPPORT MCENTIRE JOINT NATIONAL GUARD BASE LOCATED IN EASTOVER, SOUTH CAROLINA. THE MATOC MAY ALSO SUPPORT SOUTH CAROLINA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD FACILITIES WITHIN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA AND NORTH CAROLINA AIR NATIONAL GUARD AT THE CHARLOTTE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE AT CHARLOTTE-DOUGLAS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THE MULTI-DISCIPLINE CONTRACTS WILL HAVE A TOTAL ORDERING PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS. THE TOTAL ORDER CAPACITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $49,500,000.00. THIS CAPACITY WAS DETERMINED BY REVIEWING PREVIOUS SOUTH CAROLINA AWARDS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND ANALYZING PLANNED NATIONAL GUARD CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS THROUGHOUT SOUTH CAROLINA.INTERESTED CONTRACTORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE VIRTUAL PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT ON 14 FEBRUARY 2025. PLEASE REGISTER WITH THE LISTED MR. JONATHAN BAILEY AND 1ST LT BADRI FRANCIS NO LATER THAN 5PM EST ON 12 FEBRUARY 2025.
