Logistics & Pick-up

The batteries are located at Bldg. 901 Michael Road, MCB Camp Lejeune, NC 28547. MCB Camp Lejeune will load materials using a forklift; buyers are responsible for providing and operating any other necessary equipment. The successful bidder must pick up the commodity within 15 days of the award date, between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Monday through Thursday (excluding Federal holidays). Transport vehicles must be weighed at the Landfill scales (Building 982 Piney Green Road) before leaving.

Important Notes

A 20% deposit by certified or company check (payable to the U.S. Treasury) is required prior to pick-up. Full payment is due within fifteen (15) days of invoice receipt. No personal checks are accepted. Buyers must obtain a one-day base access pass, requiring a valid driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance. A Real ID is preferred, or three forms of ID (e.g., Driver's License, Passport, TWIC card, SS card, Birth Certificate).
