• Successful bidders must pick up the commodity within 15 days of award.

• Pick-up is available Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am - 1:00 pm, excluding Federal holidays.

• A Bill of Lading will be created at pick-up.

• Successful bidders must weigh transport vehicles at the Landfill scales.

• Buyers are responsible for any damage to government property during removal.

• All transportation personnel require base access and must comply with new regulations (link provided).

• Haulers must have a valid driver's license, registration, and insurance. Additional forms of ID may be required.
