Export outside the U.S. is strictly prohibited.
Contract Details
This is a firm fixed-price, one-time sale. The awarded company will be responsible for removing all purchased items within 15 business days of award, with no extension options unless under extenuating circumstances. Packing will be in sealed drums, wooden pallets, and metal ammunition cans.
Submission & Evaluation
Bidders must submit their offers using Standard Form 114 (SF114) and Standard Form 114A (SF114A). A minimum bid of $0.01000 per unit of issue is required. The award will be made to the highest priced cumulative bid. Bids must be emailed to dla.sales@dla.mil.
Eligibility & Important Notes
Bidders must demonstrate the capability to remove items and must not be indebted to the U.S. Government or excluded from federal programs. A pre-award survey will be conducted for the Apparent High Bidder (AHB). A pre-bid site inspection is strongly encouraged and can be scheduled by appointment starting March 12, 2026, 1:00 p.m. EST.
