THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T), Office of Innovation and Collaboration (OIC), Office of National Laboratories (ONL), Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL), working in conjunction with DHS Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Requirements and Capability Analysis (RCA) and Acquisition Program Management (APM) intend to establish a consortium of public and private entities to collect, curate, and distribute sensor data in support of concealed threat detection software development. The consortium will be established through a multi-party Consortium Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (Consortium CRADA).
