This opportunity is for the procurement of specific cap screws that must comply with MIL-DTL-1222J (Type II, MOD), MIL-DTL-18240F, and ASTM-B574-23 (ALY-N06686 Grade 2). Key requirements include:
- Material: ALY-N06686, GR 2, with specific melting methods (EST or vacuum arc remelting), maximum 1% iron content, and 100% longitudinal UT inspection.
