Scope of Work
The IHS requires comprehensive maintenance, support, and modernization for existing ScriptPro pharmacy automation equipment. Key services sought include:
- Maintenance and support for all ScriptPro pharmacy automation equipment.
- Preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and safety inspections.
- Required system and additional software updates.
- Upgrades of pharmacy automation robotic systems to Windows 11-compatible operating systems and hardware.
- Upgrades of pharmacy automation servers to support current Windows Server and database platforms.
- Upgrades of associated client devices (e.g., dispensing terminals, notice boards, kiosks).
- Required hardware upgrades (BIOS, processors, memory, SSDs).
- On-site, factory, and/or remote installation and configuration.
- Ensuring compatibility with existing pharmacy automation software and workflows.
- System validation, testing, and verification post-upgrade.
- Implementation of security controls (endpoint protection, firewall management, encryption, access controls).
- Decommissioning or removal of obsolete or unsupported components.
