• Specifications Basis: The specifications are based on the Yanmar C30R-3.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed price contract.

• Period of Performance: Delivery is expected by 11/01/2026.

• Submission Instructions: Interested businesses are encouraged to submit quotations on Standard Form (SF) 1449. Quotes and questions must be emailed to jeremy_riva@ios.doi.gov by the closing date and time.

• Evaluation Criteria: Offers will be evaluated based on the ability to meet technical specifications, lead time for delivery after receipt of order, and price. Conformance to specifications is considered more favorable than price. The government reserves the right to award based on best value tradeoffs.

• Key Deadlines: Offer due date is 04/16/2026 at 1700 local time.

• Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses by reference, including 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) and 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services).

• Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP).
