Quick Summary

The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is soliciting quotations for 17 SEAL ASSEMBLY, SHAFT units (NSN: 4320-01-623-4201, P/N: 091-125-99-0006) for the Grey Water Discharge Pumps on 154' FRC cutters. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Quotations are due June 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST.

Scope of Work

The requirement is for 17 shaft seal assemblies. Due to significant safety risks and the lack of proprietary OEM data, procurement is limited to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Carver Pump Co., Inc., and its authorized distributors. The assemblies must conform to precise design, material, and operational specifications. Offers of "equal" products will be considered if they meet the specified salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics.

Packaging Requirements

All items must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10 in an appropriately sized ASTM-D5118 heavy-duty double-wall fiberboard box, cushioned to prevent damage. Marking must comply with MIL-STD-129R, bar coded IAW ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 symbology. Standard commercial packaging is unacceptable, and failure to meet these requirements will result in rejection. Bidders should consult the "Packaging and Marking Guide For DoD" (MIL-STD-2073.pdf) for detailed guidance.
