This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services to procure a sealcoat trailer. The government requires a trailer capable of applying hot asphalt sealant to asphalt surfaces.

• Trailer Specifications:

  • 700-gallon capacity tank for sealcoat material.
  • Approximately 20-foot standard length frame.
  • Equipped with electric brakes and two 6,000 lb capacity axles.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Period of Performance: Delivery required within 90 days after receipt of order.

• Place of Delivery: 109 Engineers Way, Bldg. 356, CAFB, NM 88103.

• FOB Point: Destination.

• Period of Acceptance: Offers held firm until September 30, 2026.

• Response Deadline: 15 April 2026, prior to 3:00 PM, Mountain Time.

• Questions Deadline: 10 April 2026, prior to 12:00 PM, Mountain Time.

• Submission Requirements: Signed and dated offers to the Points of Contact, including solicitation number, offeror information (name, address, phone, UEI, EFT indicator), and information for evaluation factors.

• Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• Size Standard: 1,250 employees.

• SAM Registration: Offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of submission.

• Funds are not presently available; the government reserves the right to cancel.

• Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous, considering price and other factors.

• The government intends to award without discussions.
