The scope also includes maintaining total equipment baseline configuration, providing contractor drawings in C4 format for proprietary designs, and submitting waivers/deviations and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) via the Electronic Contractor Data Submission (ECDS) system. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD 2073.
