Scope of Work
The contractor will provide six RATT visit teams and one Organic Repair Capability Assessment (ORCA) team, along with Program Management. Services include conducting ship visits to enhance organic proficiency, training, and material issue resolution; performing assessments to ensure ships can complete underway/deployed repairs; and offering Sailor-centric deck-plate training, material review, program auditing, and readiness support. Support will cover various ship classes (LSD, LPD, MCM, LCS, DDG, CG, FFGX, LHA, LHD, LCC) at CONUS locations (San Diego, CA; Everett, WA) and OCONUS locations (Pearl Harbor, HI; Sasebo, Japan; Yokosuka, Japan; Singapore).
Contract Details
- Type: Combination of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost-Reimbursement (cost only) CLINs.
- Period of Performance: A one-year base period (October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027) with four one-year option periods, plus a potential 6-month extension.
- Estimated Value: The pricing template indicates a total estimated price of $6,250,000.00 across all years, with a significant portion allocated to travel.
