Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a minimum of 57 qualified instructors (12 Medical Support, 45 Weapons Based) to conduct the ECS course. This comprehensive training, detailed in the PWS and TCCD, covers:

- Convoy Operations – Basic
- Small Arms and Tactical Shooting
- Counter Improvised Explosive Devices (C-IED)
- Mission Planning and Basic Tactical Movement
- Basic Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) Procedures
- Judgment-based Engagement Training (JET) / Tactical Decision Making
Beyond instruction, the contractor is responsible for instructor management, student remediation/testing, Academic Review Board (ARB) support, and logistical support for weapons ranges and personnel transportation.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Order, a follow-on to N0018924F3071 (incumbent RMGS, Inc.).
- Set-Aside: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for SeaPort-NxG MAC Holders.
- Period of Performance: A 1.5-month mobilization period, a 10.5-month base period, and four 12-month option years. Travel is a separate line item.
