FBO is the single point of entry for posting of the solicitation and any amendments or announcements; interested offerors should monitor the FBO page regularly. Further, Industry is reminded that it is this formal solicitation that will govern any official acquisition.
Proposals are due 02 July 2018 no later than 2:00 p.m. ET. Questions regarding solicitation N00178-18-R-7000 must be submitted to the SeaPort-NxG mailbox seaportnextgen.fct@navy.mil. Only questions submitted to this mailbox will be addressed; no questions will be taken by phone. The offeror must include the company name in the subject line of the email. The questions should include the page number and paragraph number or identifier, which pertains to the offeror's question. It is requested that all questions be received by 11 June 2018. NOTE: The proposal mailboxes described in the solicitation, page 56, under Section L, subparagraph 2.1, are solely for the purpose of submitting proposals in response to the solicitations.
