- Packaging and marking in compliance with DODMANUAL 4140.01, VOLUME 9, MIL-STD 2073-1(series), ASTM D3951(series), and ISPM Publication No. 15 for wood packaging.
- Markings on boxes/crates/containers must include "USS MIGUEL KEITH (T-ESB 5)", Requisition Number (TBD), and Purchase/Delivery Order Number (TBD).
- Shipments for multiple vessels must be delivered in separate containers.
