This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will NOT be issued.
Solicitation number 36C26026Q0168 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for comprehensive maintenance services for approximately 1500 portable fire extinguishers at the Seattle VA Medical Center Campus, American Lake VA campus, and Magnolia Facility.
This acquisition is set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response deadline from 12/09/2025 to 12/16/2025 to allow additional time to respond to questions received from prospective bidders.
