Section 219 - City of Lansing City Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) - This Invitation for Bid is being solicited as full and open competition with HUBZone 10% price evaluation in accordance with FAR 19.1307. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: Abandonment of deteriorated CSO, cured-in-place-pipe lining of CSO to serve as a storm sewer, installation of new sewer and water lines, installation of lateral lines to existing buildings to facilitate separation of roof drains from sewer lines within buildings, traffic control plan, and demolition of pavement and replacement with concrete. The scope may include consideration for a substantial trench system through each section of work as well as excavation for a 30 foot deep hole.
