- Live Fish: Approximately 500-525 largemouth bass (10-12 inches or 4-6 inches), delivered in two phases (May 25-27 and June 3-5), with humane handling and disease-free certification.
- Frozen Fish: Approximately 175 tilapia fillets (5-8 oz), maintained with cold-chain integrity.

Performance Standards
