Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide adequate covered and secured storage space in New Orleans for the U.S. Coast Guard Parade Float.

• Provide storage for the U.S. Coast Guard Parade Float, with a base year plus four option years.

• The float dimensions are 50' in length, 10'6" in width, and 16' in height. Sufficient maneuvering space around the float and in front for trailer access is also required.

• Ensure authorized Coast Guard personnel have 24-hour notice access to the storage facility and float during parade season.

• Provide access for removal and parking of the float with prior notice: a minimum of 48 hours' notice outside of Carnival Season (April-December), and no less than 24 hours' notice during January/February/March annually.

• Designate a staging area for float rider onboarding and pre-event preparations.

• Storage to commence upon contract award and continue for a base year plus four option years.

• Location must be within fifteen (15) miles of 500 Poydras St, New Orleans, LA 70130.

• Storage must be covered and secured.

• Access for Coast Guard personnel with specified notice periods.
