Scope of Work
The project involves the procurement and installation of various security door systems to meet current security, acoustic, fire-rated, and operational standards. Specific items include two (2) acoustical door systems and six (6) solid core steel stiffened doors with astragal for front and rear entrances. Materials must be new, solid-core high-security steel (no glass), with minimum 16-gauge pressed steel frames. Locks must be GSA-approved or high-security deadbolt/exit devices meeting FF-L-2740B standards, and sound attenuation seals are required. Installation must adhere to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and applicable Local, State, and Federal safety and building codes. Work will be performed during normal working hours (0800-1500, Monday through Friday) in unclassified spaces.
Key Requirements
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be Cyber Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 (self) certified in the PIEE Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 and DFARS 252.211-7003 (DoD unique identification) is mandatory. A System Security Plan (SSP) and Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM) are required within 30 days of contract award. Quotes will only be accepted from authorized resellers who provide a Letter of Authorization from the OEM. Contractor personnel will require unescorted access to facilities, necessitating adherence to strict security protocols, including PPE, photo identification, and OPSEC guidelines.
Contract Details
This is a Firm Fixed-Price acquisition utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days from the date of award receipt, with FOB Contractor Destination. All costs, including shipping to Dam Neck, VA, and any tariffs or duties, must be included in the quoted price.
Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors are encouraged to submit published or historical pricing data to support price analysis.
