Security System Maintenance

Statement of Work (SOW)

The primary objective of this SOW is to secure services for the maintenance and technical refreshment of the existing electronic security system at the PEO IEW&S facility in Huntsville, Alabama.

The contractor shall provide labor, management, and FIPS 201 compliant systems to maintain Access Control Systems (ACS) and Closed-Circuit Televisions (CCTV). This includes:

• Technical refreshment of existing systems.
• System programming, testing, installation, and removal.
• Other affiliated services associated with the electronic security system.

Maintenance and support will cover:

• Access Control (Dual Reader Interface, Keypad Proximity Reader, Proximity Reader)

• Monitoring & Detection (Security Sensor, Security Detector)

• System Control (Keypad for Arm/Disarm)

• Infrastructure (Power Supply, Industrial Grade Strike)

• General (Overall Security System Maintenance)

• Period of Performance: Base year contract plus 4 Option Years.
