Scope of Work
The requirement includes providing and installing various physical security features in compliance with Post’s Regional Security Office standards. This encompasses:
- Installation of security grilles (fixed window, door, window with emergency release).
- Installation of substantial doors (solid-core wood, hollow-core metal, 8ga steel reinforced) and door frame reinforcement.
- Installation of door viewers, primary/auxiliary/gate/fence gate locks.
- Installation of anti-climb spikes and fences.
- Installation of additional security measures (safety pin/lock, security bar) and alarm circuits.
- Provision of scaffolding and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for height work. Work will be performed in four phases: Preliminary Work, Preparation, Installation, and Inspection, adhering to the Statement of Work, quantity survey, drawing set, and safety plan.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with firm-fixed rates.
- Period of Performance: A base year of twelve (12) months, with two (2) one-year option periods, and a potential FAR 52.217-8 option for an additional 6 months.
- Minimum/Maximum Value: Minimum order of $100.00. The maximum aggregate dollar value of all task orders to all contractors is $349,000.00 per year.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to MexicoCityGSOSolicitations@groups.state.gov by May 12, 2026, before 13:00 hours, Mexico City Time. Submissions require two volumes:
- Volume I: Solicitation, Pricing Schedule, Attachments 2-5, Unique Entity ID/NCAGE, SAM registration, and Section 5 Representations/Certifications.
- Volume II: Experience and Ability to Perform, Management and Technical Information. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror, based on technical acceptability and lowest price. All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov.
