• The contract will consist of one (1) one-year base period and one (1) one-year option period, for a total duration not exceeding two (2) years.

• Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on Price. The evaluation criteria from FAR 52.212-2 are not applicable; evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 12.203.

• Offerors agree to hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

• This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Restrictions: No refueling or fuel storage within 150 feet of water bodies. No archaeological artifact collection. Equipment must be clean to prevent invasive plant spread. No direct spray on crop trees. Limit chemical drift (wind speed <10 mph, temperature <75°F). No treatment within 50 feet of stream zones.

• Site Access: Work sites are accessible by vehicle via Forest Service roads. Roads are generally open, but contractors should verify conditions.

• Site Visits: Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit project sites.

• Reporting: Contractor must submit a project plan/work schedule and a final report detailing methods, personnel, incidents, herbicide used, and employee information regarding herbicide exposure.
