- Space: 3,800 - 4,750 ABOA SF, contiguous (or up to 3-4 suites in the same building at Government discretion).

- Parking: Secured or securable surface parking for 19 Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs).
- Specific Rooms: Minimum 325 ABOA SF conference room, minimum 100 SF server room with 24/7 cooling.
