The contractor shall provide non-personal healthcare provider and multiple healthcare personnel services to support IHS clinics and hospitals across the Great Plains Area (North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa). This includes a wide range of specialties such as Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, Emergency Medicine Physicians, Family Medicine Physicians, General Surgeons, Hospitalists, Internal Medicine Physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, OB/GYN Physicians, Orthopedic Physicians, Pediatricians, Physician Assistants, Podiatrists, Optometrists, Dentists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, Audiologists, Clinical Pharmacy Specialists, Pharmacists, Laboratorians, and Respiratory Therapists. The contractor will be responsible for personnel selection, hiring, onboarding, credentialing, and background checks. Personnel & Quality Requirements
Contractor personnel must meet stringent credentialing and privileging requirements in accordance with facility accrediting bodies (The Joint Commission or AAAHC), medical staff bylaws, and IHS standards. This includes comprehensive documentation of education, experience, licensure, certifications, liability insurance, and disclosures of any claims or sanctions. Security clearances, which can take up to 45 days, are also mandatory. Contractors must provide a Project Manager and a Program Manager, and develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services meet established standards and acceptable quality levels.
