This solicitation is for the modernization of the Selective Service System (SSS) public-facing digital platform. The contractor will provide modernization, hosting, integration, testing, deployment, documentation, and sustainment services to deliver a secure, scalable, compliant, and highly available digital platform.

• Website Modernization Development (Base Item 0001): Includes website design, development, testing, cloud hosting, security, legacy data migration, content management system integration, documentation, and AI-Conversational Capabilities. The contractor will modernize, redesign, migrate, deploy, secure, and maintain the SSS public-facing website and digital services platform.

• Project Management (Base Item 0002): Provide and maintain an ongoing collaborative business relationship.

• Operations and Sustainment (Base Item 0003): Includes testing, training, documentation, operational support, weekly security monitoring, and status reporting.

• Enhancement and Feature Development (Optional CLIN 0004): Provide technical support for enhancements and feature development.

• Operations Testing Platform (Optional CLIN 5001): Design and propose a fully isolated web-based Operations Testing Platform for experimentation and operational concept testing.

• Transition-Out Support (Optional CLIN 6001): Provide orderly transition support to the Government or successor contractor upon contract expiration, termination, or Government-directed transition.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price for all base items and options.
