Scope of Work
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for the procurement of SCBA equipment, including Draeger PSS 5000 with specific options (UEBSS Multi-Link Buddy Breather, QC Connection, LDV Holder), Draeger FPS 7000 Masks, Draeger 4500 PSI / 45 Minute Blue Cylinders, Cylinder QC Adapters, and Draeger Quaestor 6000 Testers. The SCBA is intended to protect firefighters from smoke inhalation and toxic gases.
Key Technical Requirements:
- Deployable, portable, and compliant with U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (42 CFR 84).
- NIOSH-approved (on or after Jan 2015) and NFPA 1981 (2019) compliant.
- Open circuit design for fire service use.

- Eligibility: Quoters must be the manufacturer, distributor, or an authorized dealer/reseller of the actual manufacturer. Third-party vendors are not authorized, and traceability to the OEM is required.

Additional Notes
