Scope of Work
The requirement is for non-personal services to perform annual inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs on 60 MSA G1 SCBA assemblies and 45 MSA G1 masks. Services include:
- Preventative Maintenance and Testing: Visual inspections, leakage tests, exhalation pressure tests for masks. Functional tests for MSA G1 airpacks using Posi3 USB or equivalent, covering static facepiece/medium pressure, creep, first-breath activation, high-pressure leakage, bypass pressure, alarm activation, and gauge accuracy.
- Minor Repairs: Replacement of o-rings, grease, silicone, and other rubber components routinely consumed during inspection, adjustment, and testing.
- Compliance: All work must adhere to MSA manufacturer recommendations, OSHA 1910.334, OSHA 1910.156, NFPA 1500, NFPA 1852, NFPA 1981, and NFPA 1989. Items failing any test must be repaired and retested until "Pass" criteria are met.

Special Requirements
