• Provide one 2026 Elgin Pelican NP Self-Propelled Sweeper or equivalent.

• Deliver the machine to or near the U&O Agency.

• Supply the sweeper in an operable condition by the specified award date.

• Provide the sweeper according to attached specifications.

• Deliver to the destination, test for function, and provide all operating manuals and warranty materials.

• Ensure all dimensions closely match attached specifications; nominal differences are acceptable.

• Equipment will be fully assembled and functional.

• Provide necessary operation training.

• Delivery to Uintah & Ouray Agency, located approximately 18 miles west of Vernal, Utah along Highway 40, ZIP Code 84026.

• The sweeper must be a 2026 Elgin Pelican NP or equivalent.

• Attached specifications must be met.

• Operating manuals and warranty information must be included.

• Operation training is required.
