Scope of Work

- CLIN 0002: Two (2) VNA Test cables (39 inches, DC-67 GHz, 1.85 mm female NMD to 1.85 mm male ruggedized, phase stable).
- CLIN 0003: Ten (10) Flexible cables (3 inches, DC-67 GHz, 1.85 mm male to 1.85 mm male).
All items must be new; gray market, used, or prototype items are strictly prohibited. Deliverables must be shipped in original manufacturer packaging with full documentation.

Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror providing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. Submissions must be divided into three volumes: Technical, Price, and Terms and Conditions. Technical quotes must demonstrate full compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and include manufacturer authorization if applicable.
Additional Notes
Offerors must comply with federal cybersecurity and privacy requirements (NIST SP 800-171). Electronic invoicing via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) or email is mandatory. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than two calendar days after issuance.
