Scope of Work
The selected firm will provide consultant services related to the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compact in Senegal. The Compact encompasses three major projects aimed at improving Senegal's electricity sector:
- Modernizing and Strengthening of Senelec Transmission Network: Enhancing electricity quality from low-cost sources.
- Increasing Access to Electricity in Rural and Peri-urban Areas: Expanding quality electricity supply and demand.
- Power Sector Enabling Environment and Capacity Development: Fostering financial viability and good governance in the sector.

Eligibility & Evaluation
This Request for Offers (RFO) is open to all eligible consultant firms. Consultants may form joint ventures to optimize their capabilities. Selection will follow the QCBS method, as described in the RFO and in accordance with "MCC Program Procurement Guidelines." The process includes reviewing and assessing consultant qualifications, past performances, and references.
Submission Details
