The amendment extends the proposal submission deadline to Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET.

Scope of Work

The contractor will manage and operate daily food service operations, vending services, and catering across multiple Senate locations, including the Capitol Building, Dirksen, Hart, and Russell Senate Office Buildings, and the US Capitol Police Headquarters in Washington, DC. Services encompass fine dining, cafeterias, carryout, convenience stores, coffee shops, and event catering. Key requirements include maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, customer service (above 90%), and sanitation. The contractor must also implement modern technology solutions such as Point of Sale (POS) systems and mobile ordering capabilities.

The period of performance includes a base period from contract award to December 31, 2031, with a mobilization phase until December 31, 2027. The contract may include two additional four-year option periods and a six-month extension, potentially totaling up to 12 years. There is no set-aside designation for this opportunity.
