Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with significant technical and managerial experience in government debt, capital markets, and/or infrastructure finance. Expertise in programmatic areas like public infrastructure financing mechanisms, liability management, and capacity building is also essential. Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET level security clearance and State Department medical clearance for worldwide travel. Prior overseas work experience and foreign language capabilities are highly valued.
