• Estimated annual wastewater volume: 120,000 gallons.

• Septic tanks and vaults range in size from 1,200 to 16,000 gallons.

• Pumping will occur on an "as needed" basis, with an estimated 78 trips per year.

• Includes pumping one park-owned portable toilet weekly (approx. 50 gallons).

• Locations and pumping frequency are detailed in attached spreadsheets, but the Park may request service at any listed location.

• Minimum response time: 48 hours.

• Emergency response time: 24 hours.

• Contractor vehicles and equipment must be leak-free and in safe, legal operating condition.

• Contractor must ensure no non-native vegetative material is present on vehicles/equipment.

• Contractor is responsible for complete cleanup of any leaks or spills.

• Contractor is responsible for proper bagging and disposal of any materials/trash removed during pumping.

• Contractor must maintain a Septic Pumping and Disposal Log.

• A base year (April 21, 2026 – April 20, 2027) with four (4) option years anticipated.

• Services to be performed at various locations within Point Reyes National Seashore, West Marin County, California.

• Disposal of waste must be done at a State/County permitted disposal site.

• Contractor is responsible for arranging and disposing of all waste.

• Water is not provided by the Park.

• Notification of pumping will be made by specific authorized Park staff.

• Park personnel will escort trucks to locations requiring access through locked gates.
