The work shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and supplies and the performance of all labor and all incidentals necessary to pump and clean the septic holding tank at the Point Marion Lock and Dam project. The intent of this contract is to pump out the septic holding tank, then, remove and dispose of all effluent and debris in an acceptable manner at a licensed disposal facility in accordance with all state and federal rules, regulations, laws, and specifications of this contract. The holding tank holds 2000 gallons of sewage. This site is open year-round. The Holding tank shall be pumped once every 28 days, 13 times per year. 10 services on as needed basis are to be included. The Base contract is for one year, with options for each of the next four years. Quotes shall be firm fixed price. Price shall include all mileage costs, if applicable. Option lines may be awarded, depending upon funding. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ).
