Scope of Work

- Repair Process: Repairs must meet operational and functional requirements, performed according to contractor's standard practices, manuals, and drawings.
- Teardown & Evaluation (TD&E): Vendors have 90 days after carcass receipt to complete TD&E and submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote for the full repair effort. Quotes must include estimated cost of new for evaluation.
