This solicitation is for the procurement of ten (10) refurbished Dell PowerEdge R6515 8x2.5 servers or equivalent. The purpose is to refresh the AMAG server at the Naval Air Station Jacksonville Security Department.

• Ten (10) refurbished Dell PowerEdge R6515 8x2.5 servers or equivalent.

• Specific chassis, processor, memory, storage controller, RAID configuration, networking, and remote access card requirements are detailed.

• Includes 1 year of TekShield Support with replacement (parts only).

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Delivery is FOB to the Security Department, Building 876, Allegheny Road, NAS Jacksonville, FL 32212.

• Delivery must occur between 0700 AM - 1500 (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

• Offer Due Date: April 27, 2026, 10:00 AM Local Time.

• Quotes must be submitted in PDF format via email.

• Evaluation will be based on Price and Technical Capability, using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection method.

• Quotes must clearly meet the minimum performance or capability requirements.

• Failure to provide required documentation or meet requirements may result in an unacceptable rating or exclusion from consideration.

• This acquisition is set aside for Small Business.
