Scope of Work

- Replacement of rooftop units using a crane.
- Upgrading existing Temp/Humidity Controllers with new PLC Controllers for each of the four labs.
- Housing PLC controllers in new 24x24 NEMA Enclosures.
- Providing a new standalone PC with VT SCADA for monitoring, trending, and data storage.
- Programming PLCs to match existing HVAC controls.
- Installation of new control panels and interfacing with existing equipment.
