Purpose
The objective is to restore and improve service air capabilities for test support and tooling across VKF and other supported facilities. The new compressors must maintain current service air requirements of 220 CFM @ 115 psig while enhancing overall performance and efficiency.
Scope of Work
The requirement includes:
- Procurement and installation of two (2) new 50hp rotary service air compressors, each capable of ≥ 220 CFM at 115 psig.
- Demolition and removal of two (2) existing service compressors.
- Initial start-up, operational check-out, and commissioning of the new units.
- Installation within the existing concrete pad footprint (15'6"x14'5").
- Vendors are responsible for making electrical connections to the backside of the 480V disconnect for each compressor.
- Existing piping, isolation valves, desiccant dryers, tanks, filters, and oil water separators will be reused.
- The Government will provide a 40T overhead crane and/or forklift for lifts and is responsible for the disposal of existing compressors and servicing new ones for warranty purposes.
- A Quality Control Plan (QCP) is required, and the Government will receive Unlimited Data Rights to all technical data and reports.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a technical quote/solution, expected delivery date, a statement confirming all-inclusive pricing, and a completed Pricing Worksheet (Attachment 2). Quotes should be emailed to paytonne.szatkowski@us.af.mil and brooke.vandeman@us.af.mil. Award will be made to the technically acceptable quote with the lowest complete and reasonable price. All offerors must be registered in SAM.gov, and the Buy American Act applies. No .zip files are accepted.
